By purchasing or using Ubestream AIspeakin solutions, you agree to the following:

License scope

The license is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use, limited to the purchased term (1/2/3 years) and specifications (e.g., classroom size, number of AI inference threads). It may not be sublicensed, rented or reverse-engineered.

On-premise device and data

The on-premise Edge AI device in with-device plans runs the AI engine; it operates offline, voice and content data are not uploaded to us, and data sovereignty remains with the customer.

Intellectual property

AIspeakin software, algorithms and related IP belong to Ubestream.

Pricing and contract

Prices are pre-tax; actual transaction terms are governed by the signed contract or quotation.
