How do I choose a product?
RL (Real-Time Translation): live translated captions into multiple languages. RC (Real-Time Transcription): live same-language transcript (no translation). NA (File-based): import audio/video files for transcript + translation + summary. RM (Virtual Classroom): 10–300 person multilingual live interpretation.
What's the difference between "License Only" and "With Edge AI Device"?
License Only = software license (you provide a suitable on-premise device). With Edge AI Device = includes an on-premise Edge AI inference device, plug-and-play, offline-capable, data stays in-house.
Which languages are supported?
30+ languages, one-to-many and many-to-one, with automatic language detection.
Can it run offline?
Yes. On-premise solutions run stably even without internet; data stays in-house, ideal for confidential settings.
License terms and discounts?
1/2/3-year licenses; 5% off for 2 years, 10% off for 3 years (as marked per item).
How do I choose RM capacity / concurrent recognition?
Choose the 10–300 person tier by simultaneous participants. Concurrent recognition or high headcount requires higher-spec on-premise hardware — contact us for an assessment.
Are prices tax-inclusive?
Prices are pre-tax; tax and multi-user/multi-channel licensing are quoted separately.
