Refund & Returns Policy

Our products include AI software licenses and on-premise devices, and are customized enterprise solutions. Refund rules are as follows:

Software licenses

Once a license credential is activated, it is treated as a customized digital service and is generally non-refundable; unactivated licenses may be addressed by emailing us within 7 days of purchase.

On-premise AI device (with-device plans)

Hardware devices are handled under the manufacturer's warranty; for non-human-caused defects, please notify us after receipt.

Custom and quoted projects

Multi-user/multi-channel licensing and custom integration are governed by the signed contract or quotation.
